March 4, 2021 Dear Community: I want to put the human communities on alert. I am a Targeted Individual whose human and civil rights have been abused and violated by my handlers. There are six handlers involved and over the recent past few years they have been voice2skull torturing me. The reaso Glenmore ns why I believe I am hearing voices is due to the fact that when I was in my late 20's in New State, a neurologist on E 28th street violated my human and civil right by slipping a tracking device implant inside my head without my knowledge a day prior to telling him that I don not went implants placed inside my head while under annestia. The doctor violated a breach of medical trust and implant me without fulling explaining to me what type of implant they were. I did not started hearing voices on a daily basis for the last 6 years of sudden increase voice2skull torture. My handlers became very angry because I found out that our United States government has a Target Individual Torture program, which is a 24/7 surveillience program. I can hear these voice shouting death threats and saying things like "bitch I got a glock and when I catch you out on the streets again bitch, I'm going to blow your head off and bitch as soon as I catch you on that job I, going to blow your head off. I am very certain that the CIA Handlers or Targeted Analyst employees is behind my targeting.
