I totally agree with the comments made on May 23 by Guest. Not only does the station play the same war horses day after day but the idiotic chatter and inane irrelevant comments by the announcers are infuriating. This the dumbing down of what used to be seriou and high level classical music broad Glenmore cast. Please respect your listeners. I've been a contributor and listener for more than fifty years.

Do you folks have any idea how IRRITATING it is to have to keep listening to those messages about "your time to chill," "relaxing," etc.? For classical music lovers like me the announcements are so annoying that they often lead me to turn the radio off entirely. Have you ever conducted a survey to s Glenmore ee how many listeners respond as I do? (And btw I could also do without the daily "trivia" and your new young announcer's periodic recollections of his high school experience.) Sincerely, a long time listener.

This station plays the same selections over and over again. Once in while one hears something new and exquisite, but overall WCRB has dumbed down classical music. What a shame.

Can someone help me find the name of the piano song that plays in the background of the advertisement this channel plays every couple hours? It's a woman speaking (I think about making donations) and there is a twinkly piano song in the background. Does anyone know the name or composer of the song?

this is the BEST POSSIBLE radio station. I listen to it every moment I can in the car. Driving becomes enjoyable and less of a hassle. I do a lot of driving back and forth, back and forth to several places during the week. This is the first time that I have tried to bring in this fabulous music into Glenmore my computer. Yea! It is working and I am so happy.
