Arriving Detroit - rent-a-car processing gal said "its " 97.9 and Uptown Soul Food" She was The Ambassador of Justice Served Back in NYC I'm tuned in - listening for that "Daily Donkey" and that Detroit driving dance!!

i LIVE IN LOS ANGELES, CA...I GREW UP LISTENING TO WJLB IN DETROIT MI. HAVING MY LITTLE TRANSITOR RADIO IN 1970 IN DETROIT.. I WOULD SIT ON THE PORCH ON LAURA STREET OFF MCCLEAN . SHAKING MY HEAD TO THE DELL, DELFONIC, DRAMATIC, ETC I WAS COOL. THANK U WJLB FOR ONLINE LISTENING.. LOVVVE U CINDY
