Having grown up in suburban Boston, I remember my late father listening to WJIB when it was a "Beautiful Music" station. The tag line was (ships' bells) " WJIB, fishermans' wharf, Boston" or something like that, back in the 60's. Great stuff.
My Husband and I love listening to this station, it brings back so many memories. Keep up these oldies, we need them , especially during these times of many changes in the world, these OLDIES will live on forever ! Thank you !
The new station number offers far better reception, it can be heard on Cape Cod, and well North and West of Boston, keep up the good work.

The power boost is great. It's much easier to pull in the statiion's signal in the Merrimack Valley than it used to be. Keep it coming!
