I called the front office to ask about the dog ad about avoiding dog scams to find out the organization that is placing the ad. The person that answered the phone told me that I should look on the online site, and or listen to the radio more. I said that I was looking on the online site and did not see anything about the ad. In addition, I said that I had not caught the name of the organization after listening to the ad on the radio. She kept interjecting while I was asking her about the ad that first of all we do not promote selling dogs. Her tone of voice is rude when she does this. I asked her if it is impossible to tell me because it is against the rules or something, and she said that she is really busy doing 5 other things and does not have that information. She also corrected me again when mentioning that ad that they do not promote selling dogs. I said could you stop correcting me I believe you know I am talking about the dog scam ad. She hung up on me rudely. I called the request line and she answered again and hung up on me again. I am shocked at how rudely toned and rude the office staff responses are. The person answering the phone sounds overwhelmed by her job and lacks any people skills. She is rude, condescending, unhelpful, and impossible to talk to. I posted on star to avoid the error screen.
