Dear 13 news, I am a Harvey TSA reciepient. I wanted the media that many Fema People are being kicked out of there hotels without any notice. I am a resident at the Baytown Home 2 Hotel. When I came here I was asked to put a card on file to assure I would be checking into the room held for me. REcen

tly I was told to let the hotel know asd soon as I recieved my extension, which was on the 7th of this month. When I came in to let management know, I was told my room was booked on line for spring break. I was also told I could put a deposit of 140.00 and come back 2days later but ineedede to leave because they had no availabilities until the 18th at which time I could check back in. according to the letter left in our rooms we had until the 12th of March to let them know if we wanted to stay, or do an extension. but that was not the case because they had already booked our rooms without any notice. Leaving some of us scrambling to find some where to go. The money they took out of my account was unauthorized, not once but 3 times. I became aware of it when I was checking my account to see if my bills were cleared. After inquiring about it, I was told I"d get it back when I check ed out. I inquired if Fema knew they were putting TSA recipients out at random and was told Fema don"t on the Hilton and I advised the manager, that neither did she. Her status was just that an employee for the Hilton. I've tried to speak to someone in there cooporate office with no success. I would like the Media to know TSA recipients are devastated from this storm. To be kicked out of an hotel with no where to go at the spur of the moment with no notice of what they've done( the staff) is so unfair. The world should know how Fema is being used for funds, and there recipients are being put in the streets without notice whenever the hotels get ready for you to leave. How much more will we have to endure! I never imagined a hotel as reputable as the Hilton would allow something like this to happen. If I had known I never would have moved here. Struggling for a place to be once again in Baytown, Texas. Please let others know they're not the only ones suffering trying to get back in there homes. Respectfully, Ms. Sandra Lewis devasted in Baytown, Home 2 Suites.

Has anyone taken an account of all the people in shelters in Houston, Harris County and other towns in your viewing audience? Is there a list of all the service shelters operating now? Won't this be a useful number soon?

Abuse by Hayes Utilities....example Water $52.50 and sewer $12.00 - SW CONV FEE- $115.80
This is white collar robbery....a monopoly and abusive over charge by the utility company and passing the blame on to the state.
