My parents got their first TV in 1954. We signed up for satellite 40 years ago. We have NEVER since 1954 experienced something soooooooo exasperating as the past few weeks without the one channel of all of the that we watch 95% of the time. What has happened to the closed captioning? There are NONE! Guess I do not watch your channel anymore. I'm sure other hearing impaired viewers will change channels for the news and other shows. I'm certainly doing so.

I live out side of your viewing area an rely on dish to get your programs. Now that you have cut off dish I have discovered channel 15. There news is exceptional ! I have also found other programming that is as good elsewhere that is equal to what you provide. If you ever settle your differences with dish I may not return.

We are extremely disappointed that CBS has chosen to block people like us who have satellite and are in an area where we can't utilize an antenna to receive your channel . We watch CBS 95% of the time. So we are not happy. Please come to a compromise with DISH and DIRECT-TV and resolve this.
